This meeting is to review contract administration requirements and <br />mobilization procedure. <br />C. <br />Attendance is required of the following: <br />1. Owner's Representative(s); <br />2. Contractor's Superintendent, Project Engineer and Project Manager; <br />3. Major Subcontractors -(to include mechanical, electrical, sitework and others as needed/requested); <br />4. A/E representatives, and <br />5. Others, as appropriate. <br />D. <br />Architect will: <br />1. Preside, conduct meeting, and publish agenda. <br />2. Record, reproduce, and distribute copies of minutes within two business days of meeting to all meeting <br />participants. <br />E. <br />Agenda: Discussion will pertain to detailed information, such as: <br />1. Communications chain and persons authorized to direct changes; <br />2. The Work; <br />3. Work sequence, phasing, and occupancy; <br />4. Contractor use of premises; <br />5. Special project procedures; <br />6. Procedures and processing: <br />L_ 1 <br />a. Application for payments, <br />-, <br />b. Change Orders, (CO) <br />C. Requests for Information (RFI), <br />d. Field decisions, <br />e. Submittals, <br />£ Others as appropriate. <br />" <br />7. Project Record documents; <br />i <br />8. Construction facilities, controls, and construction aids; <br />9. Temporary utilities; <br />10. Security procedures; <br />a. Contractor operational procedures such as Safety and first -aid; Housekeeping procedures; Utility <br />shutdowns; Parking; and others, as appropriate. <br />b.
