Restrictions on the Contractor's and subcontractor's use of site and premises. <br />B. Owner's occupancy and access requirements. <br />1.02 RELATED SECTIONS <br />= A. Division 1 — Temporary Facilities and Controls. <br />1.03 RESTRICTIONS ON CONTRACTOR'S AND SUBCONTRACTORS USE OF SITE AND PREMISES <br />A. Parking Restrictions: <br />1. Off -site parking on neighboring streets is prohibited by the local jurisdiction. Contractor shall be <br />responsible to coordinate sufficient on -site parking for all personnel while working at the site with the <br />Owner, or provide for remote parking, including transportation to and from this project site. <br />B. Work hours shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays. Saturday work must be pre -approved by the <br />City of Everett. Sunday work will not be allowed. Any deviations from these hours of work must be pre - <br />approved by the City of Everett in writing. <br />C. Contractor and subcontractor shall determine, observe, and comply with any wet weather or seasonal restrictions <br />on earth work activities per the City of Everett requirements. <br />1. Contractor and subcontractor shall schedule work to accommodate possible impacts due to City of Everett <br />requirements. Ignorance of City requirements or limitations will not be recognized for an increase in the <br />project time or cost. <br />1.04 CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTOR USE OF SITE AND PREMISES <br />A. Use of the Site: Confine operations at the site to the areas permitted under the Contract. Portions of the site <br />beyond areas on which work is indicated are not to be disturbed. <br />B. Do not unreasonably encumber the site with materials or equipment. <br />C. Lock vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other motorized construction equipment, when parked and unattended, <br />to prevent unauthorized use. Do not leave vehicles or equipment unattended with the motor running or the <br />ignition key in place. <br />D.
