Changes to and / or clarifications of the work may be made by response to a request for information, order <br />for a minor change in the work, Construction change directive, and Change Orders. <br />2. A monetary change to the Contract is only implemented by a Change Order. <br />B. Request for Information (RFI): <br />1. Procedure: <br />a. Form is automatically generated by Newforma InfoExchange. <br />b. Prepared by Contractor. <br />C. Transmitted to Architect by Newforma InfoExchange. <br />d. Response by Architect. <br />e. Acceptance by Owner. <br />f. Transmitted by Architect to Contractor by Newforma InfoExchange. <br />g. Contractor must either: <br />1) Proceed upon receipt of response if no Cost/Time impact; or <br />2) Submit a notice of cost and/or time impact within 5 days of the date that a response was first <br />issued to the contractor. <br />3) Submit substantiation to any claim, including the requested compensation, within 30 days from <br />the date that gave rise to the notice of claim. <br />4) By proceeding without submitting a statement of impact the Contractor agrees that there is no <br />impact on the Contract Cost or Time. <br />h.
