The Contractor shall correct this non- <br />compliant work as soon as practical but in no case shall subsequent work be attached to, or built on or over, the non- <br />compliant work. The Contractor shall notify the Architect when the non -compliant work has been corrected. This Notice of <br />Non Compliance shall be considered closed only when the Architect has verified that the work has been corrected and is in <br />compliance with the Contract Documents.
