,e <br />SNO-ISLE WELDING SHOP REMODEL Section 01 31 00, Page 3 <br />McGRANAHAN ARCHITECTS PROJECT COORDINATION <br />C. <br />Contractor shall conduct M/E/P coordination meetings twice per month before and during the major activities of <br />relevant subcontractors in order to coordinate and identify potential systems conflicts. Attendance of MEP <br />_ <br />subcontractors is required. <br />1 D. <br />Where coordination drawings, or other pre -installation coordination methods show that available space is <br />inadequate or that modifications will affect architectural elements, request information from the Architect before <br />proceeding with work. No additional payment will be made for installation conflicts which could have been <br />-_ <br />identified by coordination drawings or other pre -installation coordination methods. <br />E. <br />Provide clear access to control points, valves, strainers, control devices, and specialty items of every nature tosuch <br />systems and equipment to obtain maximum head room. Provide adequate clearances as necessary for operation and <br />maintenance. Provide necessary hand holes, access panels, hatches, etc. <br />F. <br />Make runs parallel with lines of building.
