Subcontractor's activities, including sequence and the major points of the interface with other trades. <br />5. Identification of and conformance with the dates specified in the Contract Documents. <br />6. The time required for engineering, preparation and review of shop drawings and other required submittals, <br />manufacturing, and delivery of Contractor -furnished long lead items. <br />7. Critical dates for review of major submittals. <br />8. Identification of a critical path (or paths). <br />9. Time for testing of equipment and materials. <br />10. Time for punch lists and corrections. <br />11. Time for commissioning. <br />12. Time for closeout. <br />C. If abbreviations are used, the schedule shall include a legend to define all abbreviations. <br />D. The CPM Schedule shall indicate a late completion date for the project that is not later than the project's <br />required completion date. All activity duration shall be given in calendar days. The CPM Schedule shall also <br />indicate each of the following: <br />1. Interfaces with the work of outside contractor, e.g., utilities, power, and with any separate contractor <br />employed by the Owner. <br />2. A description of the activity. <br />3. Estimated duration time for each activity. <br />4. Early start date for each activity. <br />5. Late start date for each activity. <br />6. Float available for activities containing float. <br />7. Actual start date for each activity begun. <br />8. Actual finish date for each activity completed. <br />E. The Critical Path for the project shall be clearly and easily recognizable on the time -scaled CPM Schedule <br />Diagram. The relationship between all non -critical activities and activities on the Critical Path also shall be <br />clearly shown on the CPM Schedule Diagram. <br />1. No more than 20% of the activities shall be on the critical path, and not more than 30% shall have less <br />than 5 days float. <br />2. The value of any one activity shall not exceed $50,000, except that 5% of the total activities may exceed <br />this limit without prior approval. <br />F. It is to be expressly understood and agreed by the Contractor that the schedule is an estimate to be revised from <br />time -to -time as progress is made, but no less than monthly and that the Owner does not guarantee that <br />Contractor can start work activities on the "early or late start" dates or complete work activities on the "early or <br />late finish" dates shown in the Schedule. If the Contractor's schedule indicates that Owner or a separate <br />contractor is to perform an activity by a specific date, or within certain duration, the Owner or any separate <br />contractor under contract with Owner shall not be bound to said date or duration unless Owner expressly and <br />specifically agrees in writing.
