The Architect and Owner's Representative will review the Contractor's Schedule to determine compliance with <br />projected completion dates within (14) days of receipt of schedule from the Contractor. Review by the Owner <br />r <br />or Architect of Contractor's schedule does not constitute approval or acceptance of the Contractor's construction <br />means, methods, or sequencing, or its ability to complete the Work within the Contract Time. The Contractor <br />shall revise his Schedule as required to support said compliance and shall submit his revised Schedule.to the <br />Architect as soon as practical but in all cases within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving review comments. <br />1.03 UPDATES <br />A. The CPM Schedule shall be updated regularly by means of Monthly Progress Reports. <br />' 1. Monthly Progress Reports submitted by the Contractor should show the activities, or portions of activities, <br />completed during the reporting period including the actual start and finish dates for these activities. The <br />report shall also include the remaining duration and/or estimated completion dates for activities currently <br />in progress and deviations from the Critical Path. <br />2. The Architect and the Owner will not be obligated to review or to process any Application for Progress <br />Payment until the Contractor has submitted his Progress Report. <br />3. Progress Reports shall also be submitted in electronic format. <br />B. Short Interval Schedule: Contractor shall prepare and update weekly a four (4) week interval schedule, to be <br />used to review progress during weekly meetings. <br />1. Show one (1) week of actual progress and forecast three (3) weeks of anticipated progress, as compared to <br />planned progress per CPM Schedule. <br />2. Activities shown at Short Interval Schedule shall correspond to activities shown at the same time period in <br />the CPM Schedule. <br />3. At the Contractor's option the Short Interval Schedule may be a simple bar chart. <br />4. Format of Short Interval Schedule must fit 8 'h inch x 11-inch paper. <br />1.04 RECOVERY SCHEDULE <br />A. Per the Conditions of the Contract, should any of the conditions exist such that an activity shown on <br />Contractor's CPM Schedule falls behind to the extent that specific dates are in jeopardy, the Contractor shall <br />make a supplementary Recovery Schedule, at no extra cost to the Owner: <br />1. Recovery Schedule shall be prepared and submitted to the Architect and Owner's Representative in <br />appropriate detail to explain how the Contractor intends to reschedule the activity that has fallen behind. <br />2. Recovery Schedule shall display how to regain compliance with the CPM Schedule during the immediate <br />subsequent pay period. <br />B. The Contractor shall do the following after determination of the requirement for a Recovery Schedule: <br />1. Within three (3) calendar days, the Contractor shall submit a Recovery Schedule for acceptance. The <br />Recovery Schedule shall be prepared to a similar level of detail as the CPM Schedule and shall have a <br />maximum duration of one (1) month. <br />mcg-ARC 2120.000 <br />February 28, 2023 <br />
