Ramp framing is confusing. Please remove the "reference" and show the framing and <br /> connections on the plan. Refer to and cite the Tables used from the IRC for all <br /> this information. <br /> 5. Please add bedroom designations per IRC 330 accordingly. Label the bedrooms as S, NS1 or NS2 according <br /> to the requirements. OK <br /> 6. Please review the grab bar requirements and confirm they will fit in all bathrooms. It appears they will not <br /> fit in one of the bathrooms. Grab bar details are correct but you do not indicate where these grab bars are <br /> to be installed. Adding code language to drawings is not sufficient.
