I have copied your <br /> comments below in italics with responses in regular font. <br /> Architectural <br /> 1. A handrail should be shown at the stairs on the floor plan in compliance with Section <br /> R311.7.8. <br /> 1. Handrail was drawn in on page A4 and outlined under item#1. <br /> 2. The plans should show a heat pump per the project energy credits. Plans currently show a <br /> furnace. WA State Energy Code Table R406.2 <br /> 2. Heat pump is shown on page A4 under item 5 <br /> 3. Smoke alarms on the second floor appear to be shown closer than 3 feet to the bathrooms. <br /> The smoke alarm should be relocated a minimum 3 feet from the bathroom door. See IRC <br /> Section R314.3 item 4 for more information. <br /> 3. Smoke alarm was moved per comment. Shown on page A5 under item 3. <br /> 4. See the selected energy credits on Sheet A7. The drawings should specify the maximum <br /> tested <br /> building air leakage per selected option 2.1. WSEC Table R406.3 <br /> 4. Correction is shown on page A7 under item 5. Reduce the tested air leakage to 3.0 air clianges per <br /> hour maximum at 50 Pascals <br /> 5. See the selected energy credits on Sheet A7.
