Our services do not include supervision or direction of the contractor, their employees,or agents. ESNW rep. observed excessive
amounts of concrete rubble buried throughout the two western-most lots. ESNW rep. recommends that
this material be removed from foundation areas. ESNW rep. used a '/2" steel T-probe to probe the lots
where concrete rubble was not observed. ESNW rep. observed dense, firm, and unyielding conditions
in areas where concrete rubble was not observed, considered suitable for support for the design
allowable bearing capacity.
The contractor stated they will be ceasing excavating operations in the lots and focusing on removing
the concrete rubble found buried throughout the site. ESNW rep. will be available to observe the
removal of the material and observe and test any backfill that is placed in the over-excavated areas.
Vf.
