October 8, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – REFURBISHMENT AND REMOUNTING SERVICE <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8219 waiving public bidding requirements and approving a multiple- <br />year sole source purchase of refurbishment and remounting services from Braun Northwest Inc <br />for approximately $400,000 annually. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - FORD F-450, J0080, SURPLUS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8220 declaring a 2006 Ford F-450, J0080, surplus and authorizing its <br />sale at public auction. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8221 waiving public bidding requirements and approving a multiple- <br />year sole source for Integrated Technology Systems (ITS) hardware and associated software for <br />Everett Transit’s fixed-route fleet from Strategic Mapping, Inc and authorize the Mayor to sign <br />Amendment No. 4 with Strategic Mapping. <br /> <br />JOB COMPLETE – WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT “Y” <br /> <br />To accept the 20th Street Sewer Rehabilitation Project as complete and authorize the Mayor <br />to sign the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />BRIEFING: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2509-53 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 3957-23 deleting the expiration provision so that <br />the Ordinance providing for Service Facility Buffer Zones continue in effect until <br />December 31, 2027, and add new reporting requirements <br />Presented by Lacey Offutt, Legal <br /> <br />
