The Landscape Plan was re-submitted to your department on 11/28/23 and you approved receipt of it on <br /> 12/4/23.This landscape plan was originally approved by the City of Everett on 11/13/2018.This is stated on <br /> the recorded short plat document. <br /> Critical Area Covenant <br /> 1. You have requested that we record a Declaration of Critical Area Protective Covenant. However,the critical <br /> areas and buffers in the short plat were already protected by placing them in a separate tract. (See Tract <br /> 999 of the recorded Short Plat.) Accordingly,there is no need for a Declaration of Critical Area Protective <br /> Covenant to be recorded. <br /> Airport Influence Area Disclosure <br /> 1.
