Per the Decision Document for SS19-002, a landscape plan is required to be submitted with the <br /> building permit for each lot. This landscape plan should indicate required street tree plantings (spaced 30' on <br /> center) and front yard landscaping, including ornamental shrubs and lawn. Afinal landscape inspection will be <br /> required to verify plantings, as well as critical area fencing and signage. Landscape Plan requirements can be <br /> found in EMC 19.35.140. <br /> • Critical Area Covenant. One condition of the short subdivision approval for the site was recording of a Critical <br /> Area Protective Covenant and Critical Area Site Plan. Please fill out the attached covenant and return to the <br /> Everett Planning Division upon recording with the Snohomish County Assessor's Office. See EMC 19.37.220 for <br /> more information on Critical Area protective requirements. <br /> • Airport Influence Area Disclosure Notice. As the site is located within the Airport Influence Area overlay, please <br /> also record an Airport Influence Area Disclosure (form attached)for each lot in the same manner as above. Once <br /> recorded with Snohomish County Assessor's Office, send a copy or recording number to the Everett Planning <br /> Division. More information on this requirement can be found in EMC 19.17.080. <br /> Please note that the above comments do not constitute a thorough plan check review. These comments are only related <br /> to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from Planning or other departmental reviewers. <br /> Re-submittal instructions can be accessed here. Please submit, at minimum, two copies of any revised documents/plans. <br /> This application is on hold for further Planning review until the requested revisions have been received. Additional <br /> comments or corrections may be required upon review of the requested information. <br /> Please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of all reviews.
