Rimkus prepared shoring <br /> drawings and structural repair drawings for the building. The repair drawings were dated <br /> March 20, 2025. <br /> Rimkus was retained to inspect the structural repairs and determine if the structural <br /> repairs were in compliance with the design drawings. <br /> In the course of our work, we relied on a site visit by Brandon Lang, PE on June 20, 2025 <br /> and the design drawings prepared by Rimkus and were dated March 20, 2025. <br /> Discussion <br /> Rimkus performed a site by Brandon Lang, PE. During the site visit the following were <br /> observed. <br /> • The west corner of the building was designed to be repaired as outlined in the <br /> drawings prepared by Rimkus. During the inspection, the existing framing was <br /> observed to be free of any damage or distress. <br /> • The storefront window was outlined in the drawings prepared by Rimkus to be <br /> removed and replaced. During the inspection, the storefront window was found to <br /> be free of any damage or distress. <br /> • New framing consisted of 2x6 studs members @ 16" o.c. <br />
