• The new 5/8" diameter sill plate anchors were spaced approximately at 40" o.c. with 3"xY washers. • The new exterior sheathing consisted of 7/16" thick OSB with boundary nailing fasteners approximately @ 4" o.c. or less • Drilled holes in the wood were observed to be in compliance with the IBC. The holes were more than 5/8" from the edge of the studs and the diameter of the hole is less than 40% of the depth. • The temporary shoring wall was observed to be still erected. This wall can be removed. The design repair drawings have been revised to reflect that the west wall was in good condition and did not require repairs.
