UPGRADED PLUMBING, NEW ELECTRICAL, NEW FURNACE, CABINETS,TILE, BATHROOM & KITCHEN REMODEL. EXTERIOR REPAIR AND RENOVATION And the description for CW1703-004 (closed permit) is as follows: FIXTURES/CABINETS,FLOORING,WINDOWS, KITCHEN & BATH REMODELS- DRIVEWAY REPAIR AND CONCRETE PATH REPAIR One last note,there is not an open Mechanical permit (application also attached). While GS did the HVAC system, exhaust fans (kitchen, bath, etc...) are also Mechanical so if any of these fixtures are being replaced or new ones added, a mechanical permit will be required.
