Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. It appears that previous the drawing set provided under permit CW1703-004 <br /> is different from the currently provided set as it is drafted by a different <br /> drafting firm and appears to be missing notes and details from the previously <br /> reviewed drawing set submitted under CW1703-004. Subsequent items noted <br /> in this letter are in reference to the construction drawings permitted under <br /> CW 1703-004. <br /> 2. Notes for whole house ventilation notes on the plans appear to be missing. <br /> Please address whole house ventilation requirements as required. IRC <br /> M 1507.3. <br /> 3. On Sheet Al,the spaces on the east side of the residence do not appear to <br /> have a room designation or label for use. Previous permitted drawings indicate <br /> that this is non-habitable space. Please add notes to the drawings that address <br /> that this space is non-habitable for clarity. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> 4. On Sheet A2,the replaced deck framing to the north appears to be missing <br /> size information for joists, ledger beams, and connections to beams and posts <br /> to the foundation. Some of this information appear to be on plans, but no <br /> PERMIT SERVICES details appear to be provided addressing its construction. Please add the <br /> missing framing information required to construction the replacement deck to <br /> Q3200 Cedar Street the drawings. Please note that the replacement decks are required to meet the <br /> Everett,WA 98201 new code requirements per IRC R102.7.1 and includes demonstrating <br /> 425.257.8810 compliance that the proposed framing is designed for a Live Load of 60 psf per <br /> 425.257.8857 fax IRC R301.5. IRC R106.1.1, R507,WA State Code Interpretation 16-11. <br /> iffi everetteps@everettwa.gov 5.
