WPCF Headworks Replacement Project Scope of Work <br />57 <br /> <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The proposed budget assumes no more than 200 bidder questions will be received during <br />the bid period. <br /> Total of 10 addendum will be issued, consisting of drawing updates (noted with revision <br />clouds) and changes to the text on contents of the specifications. <br /> Two BC staff will attend up to two pre-bid meetings for a duration of four hours each <br /> The Conformed Documents will include signed Washington State Professional Engineer <br />seals. <br /> One electronic deliverable (PDF) set of design documents will be provided for the Conformed <br />Documents. No hard copy prints are included as part of this scope. <br />Meetings <br /> None <br />Work Products <br /> None <br />Deliverables <br /> Ten addendum <br /> Conformed documents <br />Phase 780 Unanticipated Services <br />Objective: Provide budget allowance for potential additional work requested by the City. <br />Activities/Approach: To be determined, based on City requests. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> No work will be completed under this task without written direction from the City.
