The project should specify the applicable building codes, including but not limited <br /> to the 2018 IRC, 2018 WSEC, and the 2018 IBC. See Section R106.1.1 and EMC <br /> Section 16.005.030. <br /> Response: Please refer to sheet A2.0 General Notes. All scope of addition <br /> work shall be done in conformance with applicable building codes 2018 <br /> IRC and 2018 WSEC. <br /> 2. The house is subject to Code Enforcement action per File No. CE21-0791. <br /> Additional work includes but is not limited to replacing and adding new kitchen and <br /> bathroom fixtures, installing a new water heater, etc. The drawings to not provide <br /> sufficient information to address the unpermitted conditions and should be revised. See <br /> IRC Section R105.1 and R113.2. <br /> Response: The plans are revised to show the scope of alteration and <br /> addition work in relation to the existing condition of the house. Please see <br /> sheets A2.0 and A3.0 for plans, elevations and section <br /> 3. The existing conditions shown in the drawings are not consistent with the available <br /> City of Everett and Snohomish County records. Unpermitted work appears to include <br /> but is not limited to expansion of the NW corner of the building including significant <br />
