October 22, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Vice President Zarlingo commented on his attendance at the Regional Law and Justice Council <br />and Pinehurst Beverly Park Neighborhood meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no report. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 <br />(1)(i), with anticipated Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8224 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,339,931.02 for the period ending October 4, 2025, through October 10, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8225 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,691,641.10 for the period ending October 4, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8226 authorizing electronic fund transfers in the amount of <br />$8,210,092.92 for the period February 1, 2025, through February 28, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8227 authorizing electronic fund transfers in the amount of <br />$8,757,968.54 for the period March 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />
