October 22, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - RIGHT OF ENTRY AT PARCEL NO. 28040300100100 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Right of Entry Agreement for the <br />Boeing Company related to the City owned property commonly identified as Snohomish <br />County Tax Parcel Number 28040300100100. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - RIGHT OF ENTRY AT PARCEL NO. 29043400404100 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Right of Entry Agreement for the <br />Boeing Company related to the City owned property commonly identified as Snohomish <br />County Tax Parcel Number 29043400404100. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - WPCF HEADWORKS REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Brown and Caldwell, <br />Inc., to provide engineering consultant services for the WPCF Headworks Replacement Project <br />for total amount $8,998,917. <br /> <br />LOAN APPLICATION – DWSRF PLANNING AND ENGINEERING LOAN <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor or her designee to apply for, and if awarded, to sign all necessary <br />documents and agreements for the DWSRF Planning and Engineering Loan up to $500,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - HENRY M. (SCOOP) JACKSON ARTIFACTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Everett History Museum for the long- <br />term loan of Henry M.
