October 22, 2025 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Vogeli who voted <br />no, on the Resolution, as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing regarding the petition for proposed vacation at 3100 <br />block of Rockefeller and Oakes Avenues. <br /> <br />Paul McKee, Real Property, provided an overview of the proposed vacation. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Bader, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />PROPOSED VACATION - 3100 BLOCK OF ROCKEFELLER AND OAKES AVENUES <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to grant the petition <br />for the proposed vacation of the remaining alleys in the block bounded by Rockefeller Avenue <br />on the west, Oakes Avenue on the east, Pacific Avenue on the north, and 32nd Street on the <br />south, and direct staff to prepare an Ordinance vacating said streets subject to the conditions <br />as contained in the attached staff report. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />The City Council recessed for an executive session at 2:09 p.m., began the executive session at <br />2:10 p.m. The executive session ended at 2:20 p.m. and Council reconvened at 2:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin and Council Member Bader left at 2:18 p.m.
