Once uploaded,you must send an email <br /> with your completed Transmittal Sheet (PDF)to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing <br /> through the system, as the online permitting portal does not notify staff when documents are uploaded. <br /> Failure to do so will unintentionally delay your permit review. <br /> Required Resubmittal Items—Outlined below with required naming convention: <br /> a. 1stReview_ResponseLetter_MM.DD.YYYY- Itemized letter addressing the comments provided <br /> below in this correction letter. <br /> b. 1stReview_BuildingPlans_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. 1stReview_StructuralCalculations_MM.DD.YYYY-Complete set of supplemental structural <br /> calculations. <br /> Note: See Step 3: Permit Review for important information about this stage of the permitting process <br /> and to follow along with reviewer statuses. <br /> General Comments: <br /> The applicable codes used in this review include but are not limited to: Everett Municipal Code(EMC), 2021 <br /> International Mechanical Code(IMC), 2021 International Existing Building Code(IEBC), 2021 Washington <br /> State Commercial Energy Code(WSEC-Commercial), Washington Accessibility Code 2017. For a full list of <br /> applicable codes adopted by the City of Everett, please see the Construction Codes (PDF). <br /> 1. FUME HOOD <br /> a. Please contact the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency for the fume hood installation and <br /> operations, and comply with their requirements. <br /> b. EF-1 does not appears to have the clearances required per IMC 501.3.1. Please revise, <br /> including wind data indicating "direction of the exhaust discharge" and clearance to ERV <br /> OSA intake. <br /> c. Please provide a narrative describing how the fume hood complies with dilution <br /> requirements of IMC 510.3 and 510.5. <br /> d. Please provide notes that a ductwork fire suppression system will be provided. See IMC <br /> 510.7. <br /> e.
