October 15, 2025 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., October 15, <br />2025, by President Schwab. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Bader, Rhyne, Vogeli, Fosse, Tuohy, Zarlingo, <br />and President Schwab were present. Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse recited the land acknowledgement. <br /> <br />The minutes of the October 8, 2025, meeting were approved. <br /> <br />President Schwab stated that Consent Item No. 3 has been removed from the agenda, to be <br />added to a future meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />The council received six (6) written comments, and the following members of the public provided <br />comments: Karen Nelson and Mary Rollins. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Several Council members thanked the public commenters. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne attended the Port Gardner Neighborhood Association meeting, reminded <br />the public that Boards and Commissions applications are due on October 20th, and Everett Station <br />District Alliance has a fall clean-up Saturday at 9 a.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse attended the ribbon cutting of the first Latino Art Exhibition at the Latino <br />Education Training Institute and was able to be Principal for Day at Everett High School. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy reminded the public that tomorrow is the Monte Cristo Awards at 6 p.m., <br />at Apex Everett. <br /> <br />Vice President Zarlingo attended the Snohomish County Tomorrow exploratory committee and <br />the Everett Builder and Trades Mixer. <br /> <br />President Schwab attended the South Forest Park Neighborhood Association meeting. <br />
