October 15, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson advised the Mayor is out because she is <br />attending a Regional Leadership Conference, advised that Administration is still working with a <br />previous commenter regarding a public safety issues, stated the Parks and Built Environment <br />Committee received complaints about vacant buildings and advised staff reached out to <br />Downtown Everett Association to discuss resolutions. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney Hil Kaman did not have any comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8222 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,585,315.24 for the period ending September 27, 2025, through October 3, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – 2009 TOYOTA PRIUS, A0060, SURPLUS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8223 declaring a 2009 Toyota Prius, A0060, surplus and authorizing <br />sale at public auction. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – GREEN TRANSPORTATON GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2025-2029 Washington Department of Transportation <br />Green Transportation Grant Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />
