November 5, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy provided a comment from the Community, Health and Safety committee <br />meeting, where they discussed illegal food vendors. <br /> <br />Vice President Zarlingo commented on illegal food vendors and his attendance at the Silverlake <br />Neighborhood Association. <br /> <br />President Schwab commented on his attendance at a meeting with trade councils, where they <br />discussed wage theft. He also commented on the use of project labor agreements for upcoming <br />projects. President Schwab also encouraged donating to local food banks. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson commented on cold weather shelters and stated <br />there is a new food bank flyer on the City website at everettwa.gov/help. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.140 (4), <br />with anticipated Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8233 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,223,274.20 for the period ending October 18, 2025, through October 24, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8234 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,663,312.35 for the period ending October 18, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - EVERETT WATER TRANSMISSION LINE CORRIDOR <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between City of Everett and City of <br />Lake Stevens regarding the Everett Water Transmission Line Corridor.
