The Alexander Building ofEverett, Washington LLC <br />15020 Bothell Way NE #302 <br />Lake Forest Park, Washington 98155-7646 <br />November 4, 2025 <br />To Everett City Council Members , <br />On behalf ofThe Alexander Building ofEverett, Washington LLC, we are writing <br />in support of the Downtown Improvement District (DID) renewal. <br />The DID has provided an invaluable service to keep our downtown clean, safe, and <br />inviting for nearly 30 years. As a property owner, we pool our resources to fund the <br />Downtown Improvement District and find great value in the services. Cleaning <br />sidewalks, removing graffiti, and removing trash on a daily basis is not only a <br />business necessity, but also an essential ingredient for encouraging civic pride and <br />community engagement. <br />We very much value the many things done for us by the DID, including the <br />sidewalk and curb cleaning, the graffiti removal , the social activities, and the hard <br />work done doing promoting business for Downtown Everett. <br />The DID is critica! for helping small businesses , property owners, and non-profits <br />survive and thrive. This program has provento be a worthwhile community <br />investment and deserves your continued support for its renewal.
