11/04/25 <br />To Everett City Council Members, <br />On behalf of APEX Everet, I am writing in support of the Downtown Improvement District <br />(DID) renewal. <br />The DID provides an invaluable service to keep our downtown clean, safe, and welcoming. <br />As a property owner, we pool our resources to fund the Downtown Improvement District <br />and find great value in the services it provides. Maintaining clean sidewalks, addressing <br />graƯiti, and ensuring a safe environment are essential to supporting a vibrant and thriving <br />downtown community. <br />We especially value the overall impact the DID has had on improving the appearance and <br />atmosphere of downtown, helping to create a more inviting space for residents, visitors, <br />and businesses alike. <br />DID is vital to the continued success of small businesses, property owners, and non- <br />profits.
