Snohomish County is a valued partner, one of 19 communities that contract with EAS <br />for animal sheltering services. The current interlocal agreement with Snohomish County was <br />signed in 2011 and expires on 12/30/2025. The Animal Shelter has updated the agreement with <br />Snohomish County to be more consistent with interlocal agreements with other partner <br />jurisdictions. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Shelter Services with <br />Snohomish County, in substantially the form provided. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
