1 <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT REGARDING ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES <br />This Interlocal Agreement Regarding Animal Shelter Services (“Agreement”) is effective <br />as of the date of last signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal <br />corporation (the “Everett”), and the entity identified as Participating Jurisdiction in the Basic <br />Provisions below (“Participating Jurisdiction”). This Agreement is pursuant to RCW 39.34.010 <br />and 39.34.080, which authorize the parties to contract for the performance of government <br />services such as Animal Shelter services.
