  <br />Consor • September 2025 • CIP Tool Support • City of Everett, WA  <br />Scope of Services • 2  <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Task Deliverables  <br /> Monthly invoice and status report covering:  <br />o Work on the project performed during the previous month.  <br />o Meetings attended.  <br />o Problems encountered and actions taken for their resolution.  <br />o Potential impacts to budget shortfalls or optional services.  <br />o Issues requiring project team action.  <br /> Kickoff Meeting agenda and notes in PDF format.  <br />Assumptions  <br /> Project duration is anticipated to be 36 months following notice to proceed.  <br /> Assume 36 monthly invoices/status reports.  <br />  <br />Task 2 – Software Deployment <br />Objective  <br />Delivery and deployment of the CIP tool software and database to City computer systems.  <br />Activities  <br /> Consor will work with City Staff to deliver and deploy the CIP software to City computing  <br />systems.   <br /> Coordinate and work with IT and GIS groups for complete set‐up and launch of the software  <br />to City computing systems.  Provide guidance to City staff on system requirements needed for  <br />timely deployment and complete set‐up of the CIP tool.    <br /> Assist the City with troubleshooting during deployment of the software.  <br />Task Deliverables  <br /> CIP database and all CIP tool software files  <br />o The database will include fields for project descriptions and justifications, project  <br />classification, and project manager information, provide project phase and scheduling  <br />information, and cost estimating, including soft costs and yearly costs across the capital  <br />improvement program.  The database will include unit costs developed for sewer
