The PGSF project is being <br />implemented in two project phases, selective site demolition and storage facility <br />construction. Demolition was completed in 2024. The Engineer’s estimate for the PGSF <br />Facility Construction Package was $108,840.000. <br />Bids were opened on October 21, 2025, and three (3) bid proposals were received for <br />the proposed facility construction project. Absher/Stellar J Joint Venture was the <br />responsive and responsible bidder at a price of $104,860,670.13.
