Consor • September 2025 • CIP Tool Support • City of Everett, WA <br />Scope of Services • 4 <br />o Minor enhancements or improvements that do not fundamentally alter the scope or <br />functionality of the software. <br />o General troubleshooting. <br />3.2 Tier 2 Support – Major Changes <br />Major changes include major updates, new features, architectural changes, and significant <br />modifications to the software and are outside of the scope of Tier 1 Support. A budget allowance <br />of up to 100 total hours is included in the fee estimate for Tier 2 Support. Major changes will be <br />defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. A SOW will be <br />drafted for any significant changes, including detailed project specifications, estimated hours, <br />milestones, and anticipated timelines. <br />Task Deliverables <br />Tier 2 Support SOW and fee estimate. <br />Documentation of Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 troubleshooting and enhancements. <br />Assumptions <br />The City will get up to 20 hours per month of support and maintenance billed at $175 per hour <br />starting in 2025 and escalating at 5 percent every January through the duration of the project. <br />Billing will occur only for work performed. If there is no request for support or maintenance in <br />a month, the City will not be charged for the 20 hours. Additionally, any unused hours will be <br />available for future use by the City. <br />A budget allowance of up to 100 total hours is included in the fee estimate for Tier 2 Support. <br />Communication: <br />o Support requests must be submitted via email. <br />o Responses to Tasks 3.1 and 3.2 will be provided during business hours within 8 business <br />hours of receiving the request Eastern Time. Task 3.2 draft SOW will be provided within <br />five (5) working days of request. <br />Budget <br />Payment will be made at the rates shown in Exhibit B and escalated 5 percent in January each <br />calendar year through the duration of the project.
