Interested parties can review openings <br />and apply at www.everettwa.gov/boards. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall did not have any updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8236 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$7,355,188.87 for the period ending October 25, 2025, through October 31, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE ILA <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the amended Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County, <br />with a “not to exceed” amount of $200,000. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - POLICE DEPARTMENT BOATHOUSE PROJECT DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with Reid Middleton to <br />provide design services for the City of Everett Police Department Boathouse Project. <br /> <br />AWARD – WASHINGTON STATE OFFICE OF PUBLIC DEFENSE GRANT <br /> <br />To accept the Washington State Office of Public Defense RCW Chapter 10.101.070 grant in the <br />amount of $90,930 for an 18-month period from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and <br />authorize the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee to sign all necessary documents related to this <br />grant award. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – VILLAGE THEATER MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment No. 2 to extend Village Theater’s <br />management of the Everett Performing Arts Center for two additional years.
