Y <br /> FLSA Non-exempt Employees <br /> Compensatory time for non-uniformed employees shall be at time and one-half <br /> for work in excess of forty (40)hours in a work week unless otherwise designated <br /> in an applicable bargaining agreement. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> FLSA Non-exempt Employees <br /> Compensatory time for non-uniformed employees may be allowed in lieu of <br /> overtime at a rate of one and one half hours for every hour worked over 40 actual <br /> hours worked in a week (hours worked in a week does not include sick leave, <br /> vacation or time without pay), unless otherwise designated in an applicable <br /> bargaining agreement. <br /> 3.3 Section 5.A. of Ordinance No. 1866-92 (EMC 2.72.100 E.1.), which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> FLSA Exempt Employees <br /> Compensatory time shall be at straight time and shall only be considered for hours <br /> worked in excess of forty(40) hours in a work week. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> FLSA Exempt Employees <br /> Compensatory time shall be at straight time and shall only be considered for hours <br /> worked over 40 actual hours in a work week (hours worked in a week does not <br /> include sick leave, vacation or time without pay). <br /> Section 4: Vacation Accrual. <br /> 4.1 Section 1(D.) of Ordinance No. 1594-89 (EMC 2.74.040), which reads as follows: <br /> Recognizing that an annual vacation is of benefit to both the Appointive Officers <br /> and the City, such Appointive Officers,not including Department Heads, shall <br /> accrue vacation credit for each month of continuous service as shown on the table <br /> below: <br /> AppointiveEmployeeOrdinance 12 <br />
