2. EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />The proposed project 4th Ave SP is located at 9205 4ch Ave W in the City of <br />Everett, Washington. More generally, the site is located in Section 13, Township 28 <br />North, and Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian in Snohomish County, Washington. <br />The project contains approximately 0.48 acres. The project site is currently <br />undeveloped. The site has been cleared previously and it is now overgrown with <br />vegetation. There are existing gravel and asphalt located on the west portion of the site. <br />The site contains one drainage basin that drains to the southeast portion of the project <br />site. Per SCC survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood soils that <br />have a hydrologic classification of Type "C". Please refer to the soils map and <br />descriptions attached in the appendix for more details. <br />
