3. OFFSITE ANALYSIS <br />A site reconnaissance was performed by Lie T. Tjeng on August 22, 2008 to <br />verify the downstream flow paths and observe any drainage problems downstream of the <br />site. The weather varied between sunny and windy and was overcast with a temperature <br />of around 75 degrees. <br />The project site is currently undeveloped. The site has been cleared previously <br />and it is now overgrown with vegetation. There are existing gravel and asphalt located on <br />the west portion of the site. No visible on -site drainage problems were observed at the <br />time of field investigations. <br />Upstream Analysis <br />Based on the site reconnaissance and the topographic survey of the area, there are <br />no upstream flows entering the property. <br />Downstream Analysis <br />No runoff currently leaves the site and therefore a quarter mile downstream <br />analysis was not performed. Rain gardens are proposed to accommodate the developed <br />runoff. <br />
