Bonds numbered 1651to1320 inclusive, aggregating the principal sum of 85,000, maturing eighteen years from date. Bonds numbered 1821to2000, inclusive, aggregating the principal sum of 90,000, maturing nineteen years from date. Bonds numbered2001 to 2209 inclusive, aggregating tha principal sum of $100,009 matkn g twenty years from date. All said bonds shall be of the denomination of five hundred (M500) dollars each, and shall be payable at the fiscal agency of the state of Washington in the city of New York, and shall be issued in conformity to and as provided by the provisions of Chapter 150 of the session Laws of 1909 of the state of Washington and the Acts amendatory thereto, and shall be in such form and bear such date as may be hereafter prescribed by the city council of the city of Averett. Section 4: That a special election shall be and is hereby called, to be held in the city of r;verett, on the .Z day of August, 1915, in the various election precincts into which the city is divided, for the purpose of voting thereat by the qualified electors of said city upon the proposition of the ratification or rejection of the system or plan in this ordinance proposed, for acquiring a water system for the city of . verett, and the issuance of bonds to provide for the payment therefor, as in this ordinance proposed. Said election shall be held and conducted as prescribed by law, at the various voting places in said city of Averett, and shall be conducted by the officers of election,who shall be designated and appointed as provided by law for holding and conducting said elec- tion, and the city clerk shall give at least ten days notice of the time and place, and the purpose of said election, and of the proposi- tion to be submitted to the qualified voters thereat, and the form of ballots to be cast for or against the said proposition, as provid- ed in this ordinance, by publication of such notice in each issue of
