Bonds numbered 1651to1320 inclusive, aggregating the principal sum <br /> of 85,000, maturing eighteen years from date. <br /> Bonds numbered 1821to2000, inclusive, aggregating the principal sum <br /> of 90,000, maturing nineteen years from date. <br /> Bonds numbered2001 to 2209 inclusive, aggregating tha principal sum <br /> of $100,009 matkn g twenty years from date. <br /> All said bonds shall be of the denomination of five <br /> hundred (M500) dollars each, and shall be payable at the fiscal <br /> agency of the state of Washington in the city of New York, and shall <br /> be issued in conformity to and as provided by the provisions of <br /> Chapter 150 of the session Laws of 1909 of the state of Washington <br /> and the Acts amendatory thereto, and shall be in such form and bear <br /> such date as may be hereafter prescribed by the city council of the <br /> city of Averett. <br /> Section 4: That a special election shall be and is hereby <br /> called, to be held in the city of r;verett, on the .Z day of August, <br /> 1915, in the various election precincts into which the city is <br /> divided, for the purpose of voting thereat by the qualified electors <br /> of said city upon the proposition of the ratification or rejection <br /> of the system or plan in this ordinance proposed, for acquiring a <br /> water system for the city of . verett, and the issuance of bonds to <br /> provide for the payment therefor, as in this ordinance proposed. <br /> Said election shall be held and conducted as prescribed by law, at <br /> the various voting places in said city of Averett, and shall be <br /> conducted by the officers of election,who shall be designated and <br /> appointed as provided by law for holding and conducting said elec- <br /> tion, and the city clerk shall give at least ten days notice of the <br /> time and place, and the purpose of said election, and of the proposi- <br /> tion to be submitted to the qualified voters thereat, and the form <br /> of ballots to be cast for or against the said proposition, as provid- <br /> ed in this ordinance, by publication of such notice in each issue of <br />
