2. A Hydraulic Project Approval(HPA) permit is required from Washington Department of Fish and <br /> Wildlife forthe stream restoration project and stream crossing.Contactthe Region 4 Mill Creek office, <br /> Jamie Bails at425.379.2309 for questions related to the permit process. <br /> APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FROM SW EVERETT MITIGATION DECISION DOCUMENT: <br /> Section 3.1: LAND USE <br /> 1. Rockeries and retaining walls greater than 4 feet in height and 40 feet in length that are visible <br /> from adjacent properties or public right of way shall be substantially screened with landscaping or <br /> architecturally designed and landscaped to break up the appearance of length/height in a manner <br /> approved by the Planning Director. Rockeries and retaining walls within required landscape areas <br /> shall not be counted in the required landscaping width. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 2. If any archaeological resources or human remains are found during construction,the project <br /> proponent shall contact the 5tillaguamish Tribe,Tulalip Tribes,the City of Everett Planning and <br /> Community Development Department,and the State Office of Archaeology and Historic <br /> Preservation. All permitted future uses must obtain a Notice of Construction (NOC)as applicable and use best <br /> available control technology. All development in Everett must be in conformance with the requirements of EMC 20.08,the Noise <br /> Control Ordinance, <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is provided forthe developer's benefit. These are not SEPA conditions but are <br /> associated with implementing the Planned Action and other laws or requirements. All requirements are <br /> preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of <br /> submittal for SEPA review.
