City of Everett 00 73 00 - 2 <br />Port Gardner Storage Facility - Facility Construction Package WO# UP-3525 <br /> <br /> <br />00 73 00 - 2 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />Category 2: Sensive informaon <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />PART 3 - SITE ACCESS & SECURITY <br />3.1 Access: <br />A. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access into facility by Owner’s representative <br />or be issued a key as necessary. <br />B. The Contractor shall maintain conditions of access roads to Project Site(s) such that <br />access is not hindered as the result of construction related deterioration. <br />C. The Contractor shall maintain access for emergency personnel, facility personnel, and <br />authorized third parties at all times, unless discussed and otherwise approved by <br />Owner. <br />D. The Contractor shall maintain access routes for emergency vehicles at all times. <br />PART 4 - WORKING HOURS <br />4.1 Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines each phase <br />of work including planned facility closure(s), length of time area(s) is/are to be closed, <br />and projected reopening of affected area(s). <br />4.2 Work Hours: The Contractor shall provide work schedule. <br />A. Work hours are limited to the following hours: <br />1. 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays. <br />2. As approved by Owner’s Representative on weekends and state recognized <br />holidays. <br />4.3 Be aware that all construction sites will be monitored and violators are subject to fines. <br />4.4 Other hours may be considered on a limited basis without interruption of Owner’s <br />normal operations. All requests for working hours other than those stated above shall <br />be made exclusively through the Owner’s Representative. <br />PART 5 - OWNER OCCUPATION AND OPERATIONS <br />5.1 Owner intends for uninterrupted storage facility access during all construction work. <br />A. The Contractor shall coordinate with Owner in scheduling construction activities to <br />minimize conflict with storage facility access. <br />B. The Contractor shall be aware of adjacent Naval Station and limitations on work <br />activities along the property perimeter. Refer to drawings for additional information.
