ONLY IF WEST <br />MARINE DRIVE CONTRACTS DO NOT USE OR CLAIM THIS ADDITIONAL <br />CAPACITY WILL IT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE PGSF CONTRACTOR AND <br />ONLY WITH THE CITY’S AUTHORIZATION FOLLOWING ECONOMIC <br />ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT THAT THE CITY’S BEST INTERESTS <br />HAVE BEEN SATISFIED.” <br />Item 3 - SPECIFICATION 01 12 16 WORK SEQUENCE, EXHIBIT A-4.6: <br />Delete Exhibit A-4.6 General Notes and Replace with the following: <br />“THE PURPOSE OF THIS DRAWING IS TO PROVIDE PRELIMINARY <br />INFORMATION ON THE WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE CONVEYANCE <br />PROJECT. <br />THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION DURATION FOR THIS ALTERNATE <br />TRAFFIC ROUTING IS 5 MONTHS.” <br />Item 4 - SPECIFICATION 01 50 00 TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS <br />Delete Paragraph 1.2.S.2 and Replace with the following: <br />“Additional potential staging and stockpiling areas are indicated on <br />Attachment N, Volume 7. Availability of these areas for Contractor’s use will <br />be determined in the pre-construction conference. The Contractor is <br />responsible for all costs associated with the use of Privately Owned Parcels. <br />The Contractor must make the privately and publicly owned parcels available <br />to the WMVD contractors by August 1st, 2026.” <br />Item 5 - SPECIFICATION 09 65 19 RESILIENT TILE FLOORING <br />Delete Section 09 65 19 Resilient Tile Flooring in its entirety. <br />Item 6 - SPECIFICATION 31 23 19 DEWATERING <br />Delete Paragraph 1.01.F and Replace with the following: <br />“The Contractor shall be responsible for operating and maintaining all <br />dewatering systems, including treatment systems required for dewatering <br />water quality prior to offsite discharge. The WMVD contractor dewatering rate <br />to the Deep Water Outfall 100 will be limited to 3,000 gpm.” <br />Item 7 - SPECIFICATION 31 23 19 DEWATERING <br />Delete Paragraph 2.05.C and Replace with the following:
