Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br />Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. <br /> <br />This Addendum No. 4 consists of eight (8) revised specification sections, one (1) <br />revised plan, one (1) added Attachment, and responses to seventeen (17) questions <br />received from prospective bidders. This Addendum No. 4 includes all revisions, <br />attachments, and details. <br /> <br />The Bid date and time for receipt of Bids is not changed by this <br />Addendum. <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
