November 19, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - 2025-2027 PARATRANSIT GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Transportation 2025-2027 <br />Paratransit Grant agreement (PTD1018). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT- ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement for Animal Shelter Services with <br />Snohomish County, in substantially the form provided. <br /> <br />DONATION – FUND FOR THE ANIMALS <br /> <br />To approve the Mayor’s acceptance of a donation from SpotOn Gives totaling $20,000, into the <br />Fund for the Animals. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - ENFORCEMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2026 Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Law <br />Enforcement Services Contract. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT - CIP TOOL DEPLOYMENT AND ON-CALL SUPPORT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the PSA with Consor North America, Inc. in the amount of <br />$184,196. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />The public hearings for Council Bills 2510-59, 2510-61, and 2510-60 were opened at the <br />November 5 meeting and have remained open. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - COUNCIL BILL 2510-59 <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br />
