<br />Page 30 of 58 <br /> <br />3.5 DEMONSTRATIONS <br />The City of Everett may request demonstrations with the highest-ranked supplier(s). The purpose of the <br />demonstration, if requested, will be to further review the finalist(s) in specific areas to determine which <br />proposal provides the best fit and value to the City of Everett. Finalist(s) must have key employees <br />available for these interviews. The City of Everett will notify the finalist(s) as to the time, date, and format <br />of the demonstration. <br />If selected for a demonstration, the supplier must demonstrate its ability to meet the City’s needs through <br />a thorough presentation of the product and its capability. The supplier may not include any functionality <br />that is not in the current release of the software or has not been adopted by many of the supplier’s <br />customers. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D
