<br /> <br />PART B – CARGO VANS UPFIT <br />2.12 GENERAL INFORMATION <br />Complete cargo vans will need to have internal shelves, compartments, and other accessories, such as <br />hooks, installed to allow the vehicle to be used appropriately by the respective user group. The following <br />list represents the common types of complete vehicles or chassis that the City of Everett will supply for <br />this portion of the contract. The vehicle models available and manufactured will change from year to year. <br />This list should be used as a reference only and does not guarantee that these are the only vehicles the <br />city may supply or require to be upfitted. <br />A. Ford <br />1. Transit 150 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />2. Transit 250 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />3. Transit 350 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />4. Transit 350HD cargo, dual rear wheel, all roof heights and lengths. <br />5. E-Transit cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />6. E-450 van chassis, all roof heights and lengths. <br />B. Ram <br />1. Promaster 1500 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />2. Promaster 2500 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />3. Promaster 3500 cargo, all roof heights and lengths. <br />2.13 LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL <br />• Wiring standards as per City of Everett electrical requirements noted in Appendix A. <br />• Body lighting will all be of the Whalen brand, when possible, except for rear Truck-Lite sealed lighting. <br />• All lights and reflectors required by DOT, FMVSS 108 standards, and Chapter 46.37 of the Revised <br />Code of Washington must be furnished. <br />• Truck-Lite sealed lighting system installation is required in the rear of service bodies. <br />2.14 CARGO VAN <br />• All equipment must be Weather Guard brand, unless approved by the Fleet Program Manager or <br />designee. <br />o Partition. <br />o Shelving. <br />o Cab storage. <br />o Cabinets. <br />o Hooks. <br />o After-market heaters. <br />o Miscellaneous items not previously listed. <br />• Cargo area flooring.
