December 3, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8239 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,600,137.19 for the period ending November 8, 2025, through November 14, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8240 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,742,159.61 or the period ending November 15, 2025, through November 21, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8241 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,426,324.05 for the period ending November 15, 2025. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8242 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $9,088,932.88 for the month of October 1 through October 31, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2025-2027 TRANSIT SUPPORT GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Transportation 2025-2027 <br />Transit Support Grant Agreement (PTD1019). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - SOCIAL SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement for Social Services between the City of Everett <br />and Everett Law Association for the calendar years 2026 and 2027, utilizing funds awarded <br />through the Office of Public Defense (OPD) Grant IAA26051. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - DRAINAGE AND SEWERLINE CAMERA TRUCK <br /> <br />To award and authorize the Mayor to sign the Purchase Agreement for request for proposal <br />#2025-033 Drainage and Sewerline Camera Truck with CUES, Inc. not to exceed $744,313.67, <br />which includes Washington state sales tax. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – BEHAVIOR AND TRANING SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Bark Better LLC Behavior and Training Professional Services <br />Amendment #1. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes.
