December 3, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Jennifer Gregerson answering council questions. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Members Bader and Zarlingo, <br />who voted no. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli commented on her attendance at the Alliance for Housing Affordability <br />meeting and reiterated the importance of this committee for the next Council member who may <br />serve. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse thanked and commented on statements made by the public commenters. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy commented on her attendance at the Council of Neighborhoods meeting. <br /> <br />Vice President Zarlingo commented on his attendance at the Puget Sound Regional Council Ad <br />Hoc meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab commented on his attendance at Boulevard Bluffs Neighborhood meeting and <br />volunteering at the Volunteers of America food pantry. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no report. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session to discuss two matters <br />pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), with possible Council action to follow on one of the matters. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br />
