Section 14: Whenever the inspector makes a decision, as <br /> provided in this ordinance, and it seems unjust to the owner or <br /> occupant of any building, or other person interested in such decision, <br /> such person shall have the right to apply to , the inspector for appoint <br /> ment of an arbitration committee, one of the committee to be appointed <br /> by the inspector, one by the person making the application, and the <br /> third member of the committee to be chosen by the other two members. <br /> The decision of the board shall be final in the matter appealed from. <br /> The person making application for such arbitration shall, on filing <br /> his petition, pay 4l0.00 to the inspector, which shall be paid to <br /> the members of the arbitration committee in full for their services. <br /> The application for arbitration herein provided for shall be made <br /> within five days after notice of the decision of the inspector,from <br /> which the appeal is made, and if the two members of the arbitration <br /> committee so appointed fail to agree upon a third member, or if the <br /> arbitration committee fails to make a report of its decision , in <br /> writing, to the inspector within ten (10) days after its appointment, <br /> the decision of the inspector shall be final. <br /> Section 15: Any person qho shall violate, or fail, neg- <br /> lect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this ordinance, shall <br /> be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall <br /> be fined not more than one hundred ( 100) dollars , or be imprisoned <br /> for not more than thirty (30) days, or be punished by both such fine <br /> and imprisonment. <br /> Section 16: That Ordinance Number 1325 of the city of <br /> .verett, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith, are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 17: An emergency is declared to exist,and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Passed MAY 4 15 _.__� <br /> ayo <br /> Attest <br /> C ty er . <br /> Published MAY 6 1915 <br />
