Once we got to the pumps I started inspecting the install and going through my preliminary checks. I noticed that they are not using our control panel or floats. These pumps are being used for a tank and are installed outside of the tank. All pumps had the same Serial number. They are using the electricians (VECA) control panel for the sump pumps and LS600 series liquid level float switches by Pneumercator. I informed Danse that I will need VECA to run the pumps for me since its not our panel, and that controls would need to test and ensure the floats for the same reasoning. VECA verified voltage and was able to run the pumps for me so I could check rotation, amp draw, and test operation. During testing I could tell that we weren't moving water, and it seemed as if we were air locked. After further testing we were finally able to bleed the air out of the system and drain the tank. I was able to test operation of the pumps and grab amp draw.
