RESOLUTION Page 3 of 3 <br />free and uncoerced decision regarding union representation, ensuring any campaign is free <br />from fear, intimidation, or personal attacks <br />• Provide a range of positive employment opportunities from a resident’s first summer job to <br />career positions with competitive benefits <br />• Require all ongoing stadium jobs to meet or exceed the Snohomish County living wage <br />standard for a single individual <br />• Utilize a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) during construction <br />• Encourage on-site and/or proximate childcare <br />• Ensure that all workers involved in the construction and operation of the center are paid at <br />least the City’s minimum wage, and that they have the lawful right to organize and engage <br />in collective bargaining <br /> <br />8.
